• Orders are delivered through trusted courier partners

• Orders are processed within 3–4 business days after payment confirmation
• Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays

📦 Estimated Delivery Time

• Delivery typically takes 5–10 working days depending on your location
• Remote or non-serviceable areas may take longer

In case your location is not serviceable for doorstep delivery, you may be required to collect your parcel from the nearest courier office.

📊 Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email or WhatsApp
• You can track your shipment in real-time through the courier partner

⚠️ Stock Availability

All orders are subject to product availability.

In rare cases where a product is out of stock after your order is placed:

🔁 Returns Due to Technical Issues

After Approval, You Will Get:

Warranty claims are typically processed within 2–3 working days after receiving the returned product.
