✅ 2-Day Easy Replacement Guarantee

We offer a 2-day replacement policy for eligible products. You can request a replacement if:

• You received a damaged product
• You received a defective item
• You received the wrong product
• The product has missing parts or accessories

🔁 Replacement Process (Simple & Fast)

1. Email us at info@mopupsolar.com
2. Share:
   • Order details
   • Product name
   • Clear images/videos of the issue
3. Our team will verify and respond within 24–48 hours
4. Once approved, replacement will be initiated

❌ Refund Policy

• We generally provide replacement instead of refund
• Refunds will be issued only if replacement is not possible
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

Refunds will be credited via the original payment method.

📦 Return Conditions

To be eligible for replacement/refund:

• Product must be unused and in original condition
• Must include all original packaging and accessories
• Request must be raised within 2 days of delivery

🚫 Non-Returnable Cases

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

• Product used or damaged by the customer
• Improper handling or misuse
• Request raised after 2 days of delivery

🚚 Return Shipping

• If the issue is from our side (damage/defect), we will assist with return logistics
• In other cases, return shipping cost may be borne by the customer

💡 Important Note

Our solar cleaning brushes are designed for efficient cleaning. Proper usage as per instructions is necessary. Damage caused due to incorrect usage will not be covered under this policy.
